Refund and Returns Policy

At LadyRaine Enterprises, we value your trust and are committed to delivering excellence in both our services and products. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be requested.

1. Consulting, Training & Wellness Services

  • Deposits & Payments: Deposits paid to secure workshops, coaching sessions, or consulting services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within 3 months (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Later cancellations may be charged a partial or full fee.

  • No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

2. Online Shop – Journals, Planners & Accessories

We want you to love what you order! If you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable Items: Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Condition: Products must be in resellable condition. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

  • Process: To request a return, email us at info@ladyraine.co.za. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your item back.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once returned items are inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • For services, refunds are only offered if LadyRaine Enterprises cancels an event or is unable to deliver the agreed service.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@ladyraine.co.za.
